Motor third party liability insurance – Compulsory liability insurance.
In the case of damages caused, this protects the insured party against the financial claims of the aggrieved party. Claims by the aggrieved party could even reach millions.
In the event of damage caused by a motor vehicle, compulsory liability insurance covers:
- damage to health or death
- costs for treating the injured party incurred by the health insurance company
- material damage
- damage, which the character of loss of profit
- expediently incurred costs for legal representation of the insured party
The following optional supplementary insurance can be expediently combined with compulsory liability insurance:
- insurance for the windscreen or all glass
- accident insurance for passengers - injury, permanent consequences, death

Fully comprehensive insurance
Fully comprehensive insurance can be used to cover damage to the vehicle, which is created as the result of an accident, theft or unauthorised use of the vehicle, vandalism or damage caused by natural disasters.
