Have you been involved in a traffic accident, which you did not cause?
Has damage been created to your vehicle or property or have you been injured?
You are, for example, entitled to payment for the following from the motor third party liability insurance (compulsory liability insurance) of the party, which caused the traffic accident: costs for towing your vehicle, costs for rental of a vehicle, damage to the vehicle, the excess in the case of liquidation from fully comprehensive insurance, the difference in the value of the vehicle before and after the traffic accident (depreciation of the vehicle), damage to health, loss of profit, loss of earnings, aggravation of social application, costs for legal representation in justifiable cases.
We offer the following services in cooperation with the law offices of Jehne, Vodák and Partners:
- filing of all justifiable claims resulting from Act 168/1999 Coll. on motor third part liability insurance
- rental of a replacement vehicle
- arranging inspection of the damaged vehicle
- elaboration of expert opinions and similar
- consultancy in the field of justifiable claims, which can be made and for which financial compensation can be provided
- check on timely and full provision of compensation
- enforcement of justifiable claims through the courts
On the basis of power of attorney, we can also hold negotiations on your behalf with: the Czech Police, the insurance company, the towing service, administrative authorities commissioned by Municipal Authorities, City Councils, Regional Authorities, the Public Prosecutor and courts of all levels. We complete the basic form and arrange professional medical examination in order to elaborate an assessment of damage to health.
The cost of the services provided does not affect the level of the insurance payment made to you.
All of the above-mentioned services are paid for from the motor third party liability insurance of the party, which caused the accident and are provided absolutely free of charge for the aggrieved party or only subject to payment of VAT in the case of VAT payers.
